Louis CK honors George Carlin (by Bromista5)

i did an open-mic tonight after being off stage for 7 months. my tepid opening was cold and lame. when i finally got down to what was truly eating me up and bothering me the crowd got silent and started to perk up and pay attention. the laughs were faint but the heart was there. i am the farthest from any of these two guys but this advice is 100% true. such an awesome thing to come home to after a set and at the close of labor day 2011. 

One of my favorite comedians talking about one of my other favorite comedians. I feel very privileged to have seen both of them live. Looking forward to whatever is next for Louis CK. -eric
